ERASMUS + KA1 APPLICATIONS - 2023

Recipients:
• 11th grade students to undertake Workplace Training abroad;
• Recent graduates to undertake a long-term internship (4 months) abroad.
For interested students, the first step is to speak to the Educational Advisor, who can clarify any doubts and help throughout the process.
SELECTION PROCESS
It is up to the technical-pedagogical management to approve the selected students, after consulting the class councils and course directors.
The selection criteria for candidates for Erasmus+ mobility are:
For short-term mobility (students) and long-term mobility (former students)
a) Academic progress (measured by Class Council Report) - 10 points;
b) Degree of commitment and motivation to participate (assessed through a Motivation Letter prepared by the student) – 10 points;
c) Compliance with inclusion and diversity criteria (measured through analysis of the student's socioeconomic situation and personal interviews) – 10 points;
d) Future professional expectations (measured through an individual interview) – 10 points.
For job-shadowing (staff) mobility
With regard to staff mobility, the selection process is the responsibility of the Management, in conjunction with the Project Coordination.
The selection criteria are:
a) Basic language skills in the working language – 10 points;
b) Commitment to sharing and disseminating results – 10 points;
c) Experience and commitment to European projects – 10 points;
d) Decision-making and influence capacity – 10 points.
