The Salvaterra de Magos Professional School (EPSM), recognized for its excellent training, will move forward during the 2024/2025 academic year with the creation of 2 Specialized Technological Centers (CTE) in the Industrial and IT areas, within the scope of the PRR – Recovery and Resilience Plan.
EPSM's CTEs will function as true innovation hubs, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and reflecting a gross investment of around €3,000,000. This equipment will contribute to enhancing learning and will allow participants to keep up with the most modern and specialized technologies available on the market, bridging the gap between practical experience in the school context and practical experience in the workplace.

Network Laboratory
Programming Lab
Management Laboratory
- Electronics and Electricity Laboratory
Automation, Control and Instrumentation Workshop
- Design and Programming Laboratory
- Kitchen/Pastry Laboratory
Restaurant/Bar Laboratory
Innovation and Creativity Laboratory
- 2 Active Learning Spaces (Classrooms of the Future)
- Space for Reflection and Learning
- 2 Theoretical-Scientific Rooms
- Prospection Space
The creation of these two new centers includes some restructuring and expansion works on the school's facilities, as well as equipping spaces with innovative technological equipment (computers, laptops, interactive screens, furniture, sound equipment, video projection equipment) and specialized equipment in the areas of Information Technology, Catering, and Electronics. Students will have access to technical and pedagogical resources that will enhance their skills, making them more competitive and prepared for professional challenges. With this investment, EPSM aims to contribute to the socio-economic development of the region, favoring the competitiveness of companies, qualified employment, and simultaneously promoting technological evolution and the digitalization of these sectors.
