Between January 2024 and June 2026, EPSM will develop an international project focused on adult education, during which 12 mobility programs will be carried out.
The main objective of this project is to enhance the work carried out at the Qualifica Center of the Salvaterra de Magos Professional School, promoting pedagogical innovation and the adoption of more inclusive and sustainable management practices. Through the observation of best practices in European entities, the aim is to strengthen the Center's internationalization and foster the inclusion of less privileged groups.
The project also aims to:
- Improve the Recognition, Validation and Certification of Competencies (RVCC) and Portuguese as a Host Language (PLA) processes by using new learning platforms and more efficient management models;
- To equip participants with digital, pedagogical, and linguistic skills;
- To increase the motivation of the trainees;
- Reduce the dropout rate among graduates;
- To integrate the EPSM Qualifica Center into international networks, promoting the exchange of best practices and ensuring continuous and high-quality improvement in training processes.
Expected results:
- Innovative Teaching Methods: The teaching team will acquire new adult-centered methodologies, such as blended learning and the use of interactive digital platforms.
- Digital Skills: Participants will develop skills in the use of educational technologies, improving learning and formative management.
- Social Inclusion Practices: Strategies will be learned to increase the participation of disadvantaged groups and promote social inclusion.
- Efficient Educational Management: Training the team to adopt best practices in digital management, increasing the efficiency and sustainability of the Center.
Learning outcomes will be recognized through Europass Mobility and internal reports, consolidating the project's impact on adult education and the educational management of the Qualifica Center.
Transnational Meetings
Throughout the project, there will be three mobility periods, in which collaborators linked to Adult Education at the Salvaterra de Magos Professional School and adult learners enrolled in the Qualifica Center will participate:
1st Mobility Period | April 2025 | Finland
2nd Mobility Period | October 2025 | Poland
3rd Mobility Period | March 2026 | Germany
