EPSM graduate student investigates food trends for Nestlé, Switzerland
Rodrigo Parracho, who completed the Professional Cooking/Pastry course at EPSM, lives in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he works for the multinational Nestlé. This young Chef, born in Samora Correia, is part of the global community of Chefs who are dedicated exclusively to researching new food trends and developing and innovating products, taking into account concerns about food sustainability.
