TRAINING OF TRAINERS
The Initial Pedagogical Training for Trainers Course (approved by the IEFP) confers the qualification required to obtain the Trainer's Pedagogical Skills Certificate (CCP, ex-CAP) with the objective of providing trainees with the appropriate skills to exercise the activity of trainers in specific professional areas.
Eligible:
• Professionals with minimum compulsory education and with proven experience in a specific training area;
• Professionals with higher education, graduates and bachelors, from all areas of knowledge, who develop or intend to develop the activity of trainer.
This training has an average duration of 90 hours and takes place in after-work hours.
