At EPSM, students from different professional courses have the opportunity to undertake their Training in a Work Context in another European country, through mobility for the purpose of learning for trainees within the framework of the Erasmus + Programme .
Staff (teaching and non-teaching staff) also have the opportunity to undertake staff mobility for training, under a job shadowing scheme, with the aim of enriching their training and professional, personal and cultural experiences.
Erasmus+ accredited project no. 2023-1-PT01-KA121-VET-000128216 (2023/2024)
As part of its accreditation as an Erasmus+ entity, valid until 2027, EPSM will develop 5 projects aimed at supporting internships abroad for its students and alumni, as well as staff mobility for its employees.
During the 2023/2024 academic year, 8 student mobility opportunities are planned for curricular internships (300h), 1 long-term mobility for a graduate student (4 months) and 2 staff mobility opportunities for teaching and non-teaching staff , distributed across the following countries: Germany, Poland and Italy.
“Bridges to the future” project (2022/2023)
EPSM developed the “Bridges to the Future” Project, in which 15 short-term mobility opportunities were held for training in a work context, distributed across the following countries: Finland, Denmark, Italy, Poland and Croatia. There was also 1 long-term mobility opportunity for a graduate student, for approximately 6 months, in Denmark. For EPSM employees, 3 job shadowing mobility opportunities were held in Germany.
Project “Epsm - Undertake, Share, Sow, Improve” (2019/2021)
Lasting 2 academic years, this project included 24 short-term mobility opportunities, distributed across countries such as Spain, Italy, Finland, Denmark and Poland. Regarding staff, 5 employees participated in job shadowing mobility, carried out at the Danish school Kold College.
