EPSM at the 2nd Interschool Cocktail Competition

On June 3rd, EPSM participated in the 2nd Interschool Cocktail Competition.

This year, the meeting took place at the Vale do Tejo Professional School — Santarém (EPVT), and was attended by our school, the Lisbon Professional School of Hospitality and Tourism (EPHTL) — Lisbon and Póvoa.

More than just a competition, this was a unique opportunity to share experiences, learn from colleagues and showcase the best our schools have to offer. Each school was represented by two talented bartending students who showcased their skills and creativity under the theme "Summer Cocktails and Melon". Mariana Luís and Beatriz Brito, 10th grade students in the Restaurant/Bar course, represented EPSM.

The tests took place in the lobby of the EPVT educational restaurant – Claustrum and the jury was composed of Tiago Azevedo, Head Bar at Vila Vita; Cyril Inácio, former EPVT student and currently Businessman and Head Waiter at the Mercearia 41 Restaurant; and Diogo Oliveira, Head Waiter and Sommelier at the Sintonia Restaurant and former EPSM trainer.
