From EPSM to business success: Frederico Lopes invests one million euros in a new Roady unit, in Benavente
A former graduate of the Salvaterra de Magos Professional School continues to make his mark in the business world, with three Roady units, an annual turnover of around three million euros, and approximately 50 jobs under his responsibility.
The Salvaterra de Magos Professional School (EPSM) is particularly proud to mark another milestone in the entrepreneurial career of Frederico Lopes, a former graduate of the institution, who inaugurated a new Roady unit in the municipality of Benavente on October 20th.
Following investments in Sines and Setúbal, Frederico Lopes continues his strategy of business growth and consolidation, now with the opening of a new space in Benavente, representing an investment of approximately one million euros.
This new unit is expected to create 14 new jobs in its initial phase, directly contributing to the economic growth and development of the region's business sector.
With this investment, Frederico Lopes will lead a business structure that includes approximately 50 employees, distributed across the Sines, Setúbal, and Benavente units, assuming increasing responsibilities in human resources management and the economic activity of the three units.
Based in the municipality of Benavente, the company already has an annual turnover of around three million euros, reflecting the scale achieved by the business project developed by the former EPSM student.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by several personalities and representatives of entities and institutions from the region, notably including the participation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Os Mosqueteiros Group in Portugal, Dr. Paulo Mendes, marking another important step in the growth of this business project.
The success of our graduates is also the success of EPSM.
For the Salvaterra de Magos Professional School, Frederico Lopes's career path is a concrete example of the transformative potential of vocational education and its ability to train young people who, in addition to entering the job market, establish themselves as entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and job creators.
Professional training is not limited to acquiring technical skills. It also represents an opportunity to develop autonomy, initiative, leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit—essential abilities for facing the challenges of a constantly changing job market.
Frederico Lopes' career path demonstrates precisely how education, combined with determination, entrepreneurial vision, and the ability to take risks, can give rise to solid projects capable of generating wealth, creating jobs, and contributing to the economic development of territories.
It is particularly gratifying for EPSM to witness that one of its former students has not only built his own path to success, but today assumes responsibility for the professional activity of approximately 50 workers.
The Salvaterra de Magos Professional School congratulates Frederico Lopes on this important achievement and wishes him continued success in his personal and professional life.
His career path is a source of pride for the entire educational community and an inspiration for the young people who are now building the foundations of their future at EPSM.
