EPSM hosts international delegation to learn about best practices in quality and innovation in vocational education.

The Salvaterra de Magos Professional School will host a delegation from the Canary Islands public services on April 30th, as part of an international mission promoted by ANESPO – the National Association of Professional Schools. The initiative focuses on identifying best practices in vocational education and training in Portugal.
The delegation is visiting a select group of Portuguese schools with the aim of analyzing organizational models within the system, innovative pedagogical practices, and quality assurance mechanisms aligned with the European EQAVET framework (European Quality Assurance Reference Framework for Vocational Education and Training).
The visit to EPSM is a result of the recognition of the consistent and pioneering work that the school has been developing in implementing a structured quality assurance system focused on continuous improvement.
During the visit, the delegation will have the opportunity to learn, in a real-world context, about the methodologies, processes, and practices that underpin the school's organizational and pedagogical model. The impact of EQAVET on the quality of education, the results in terms of student success, and the established connections with the economic and social fabric will be highlighted.
Over the past few years, EPSM has consolidated an approach that combines quality, pedagogical innovation, and connection with the local area, a combination that is reflected in solid results, both in terms of educational success and the professional integration of its graduates. It is precisely this ability to translate good practices into measurable impact that justifies the school's presence in this international program.
The visit of the delegation from the Canary Islands is yet another sign of EPSM's position as a leading school in the national and international vocational education landscape.
