Benefits Plan

The Internal Benefits Plan represents EPSM's commitment to valuing each employee through concrete actions that promote well-being, safety, recognition, and quality of life.

This plan clearly and systematically outlines the benefits available to our team members, reinforcing the importance of each individual to the development and success of this institution.

Internal Benefits Plan

- Annual professional development plan;

- Integration into the Educatis Center with the possibility of benefiting from the Training Plan in the specific area of Education;

Three or more additional vacation days per year, communicated at the beginning of the school year;

- An extra day of vacation for the birth of a child and a gift voucher;

- Birthday lunch at the EPSM Pedagogical Restaurant (by reservation);

- Seniority bonus for employees with 25 years of service and for each additional 10 years;

- Opportunity to participate in Erasmus+ cultural exchange programs;

- Celebrating festive seasons by offering Christmas hampers to employees and Easter gifts to children under 12 years old;

- Offer of one annual lunch per department at the EPSM Teaching Restaurant (by reservation);

- Team building program throughout the year (social gatherings and sports/recreational activities);

- Company Day celebration (last Wednesday of February);

- Raffle of 1 activity voucher per year (double tickets for theatre, cinema, festival, other);

- Support program for children of EPSM students, offering one monthly lunch at the school's Pedagogical Restaurant and exemption from payment for photocopies, certificates, and diplomas;

- Possibility of booking lunch at the EPSM Pedagogical Restaurant and partner schools (EPVT, EPHTL Lisboa and EPHTL Póvoa de Santa Iria) throughout the year at a reduced price – employees (€6) immediate family members (€8);

- Priority access to services provided by EPSM and partner schools for employees and their immediate family members (EPC, EPVT, EPHTL Lisboa and EPHTL Póvoa de Santa Iria);

- Possibility of extra discounts/special benefits at companies with established commercial partnerships with EPSM.
