The Salvaterra de Magos Professional School (EPSM), recognized for its excellent training, advances during the 2024/2025 academic year with the creation of 2 Specialized Technological Centers (CTE) in the Industrial and IT areas, within the scope of the PRR - Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The EPSM CTEs will function as true spaces of innovation, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and reflecting a gross investment of around 3,000,000 euros. This equipment will contribute to enhancing learning and will allow the company to keep up with the most modern and specialized technologies available on the market, bringing practice in a school context closer to practice in a work context.

- Network Laboratory
- Programming Lab
- Management Laboratory
- Electronics and Electricity Laboratory
- Automation, Command and Instrumentation Workshop
- Design and Programming Laboratory
- Kitchen/Pastry Laboratory
- Restaurant/Bar Laboratory
- Innovation and Creativity Laboratory
- 2 Active Learning Spaces (Rooms of the future)
- Space for Reflection and Learning
- 2 Theoretical-Scientific Rooms
- Prospection Space
The creation of these two new centres involves some restructuring and expansion works to the school facilities, as well as equipping the spaces with innovative technological equipment (computers, laptops, interactive screens, furniture, sound equipment, video projection equipment) and specialist equipment in the areas of IT, Catering and Electronics. Students will have access to technical and educational resources that will enhance their skills, making them more competitive and prepared for professional challenges. With this investment, EPSM aims to contribute to the socio-economic development of the region, favouring the competitiveness of companies, skilled employment and simultaneously promoting technological evolution and digitalisation of these sectors.
