Modular training courses are free, certified training programs of 25 or 50 hours, held after working hours, with trainees entitled to a meal allowance in accordance with current legislation.
The objectives of this training program for adults are:
To contribute to enhancing the employability of the active population, especially the unemployed, the employed, and those at risk of unemployment, by increasing their adaptability through the development of skills required by the labor market.
TRAINING PLAN
The course content for each UFCD (Training Unit) is available for consultation on the National Qualifications Catalog website: catalogo.anqep.gov.br
Certified Modular Training programs are designed for adults aged 18 or older who lack the necessary qualifications for entry or career advancement, and preferably those who have not completed primary or secondary education.
Whenever an adult successfully completes a modular training course, they are issued a certificate of qualifications that details all the competency units or short-term training courses successfully completed. If the trainee completes a full CNQ (National Qualifications Framework) course, they will obtain the corresponding certification.
